TL LeadManager Billing Terms and Conditions

TargetLeads provides TL LeadManager, a simple web-based CMS program for the Life and Health insurance industry, to agents and agencies to better organize and manage their prospects.

The following conditions apply for use of the TL LeadManager and by logging in to the system you agree to these terms.

1. Services and Support:

1.1 We provide support and training for all features in TL LeadManager at no charge with the understanding the customer is subject to a service fee. Service fees may apply to importing files or data entry of leads not generated by Target leads.

1.2 Support is only given to the person with whom the account belongs to. We will not give out any log in information to any other persons with out proper clearance to do so from the database owner.

2. Payments:

2.1 If an order(s) has not been placed within a calendar month a $40 seat fee will be charged automatically each month. This will be determined by your last order date. If an order has been placed within a calendar month, the TLLM seat fee is waived. These are non-negotiable agreements but are subject to change.

2.2 Payments will be made by a credit card we have on file. Amounts paid for any services discussed in section 1.1 are non-refundable.

3. 30 Day Free-Trial:

3.1 For all agents we provide the first 30 days at no charge. The free trial does not carry over if you place an order that first month. This period is to allow agents a no obligation time period to evaluate if TLLM is right for them.

3.2 As the agent it is your responsibility to call and cancel the usage of TL LeadManager or you will be charged $40 the next month if an order has not been placed.

4 Cancellation of TL Lead Manager Account:

4.1 TL LeadManager can be canceled at anytime by phone or email to any TargetLeads staf

4.2 Your data will be exported and emailed to you in an excel spreadsheet within 48 hours of your cancellation.

4.3 If you cancel an account before the 15th of the month you will be billed $20, and after the 15th of the month you will be billed $40.
